Oppholdet mitt på Zzz Hostel var fantastisk og en av de beste vandrerhjemopplevelsene i livet mitt! Det hele startet før min ankomst med så vennlig, rask og hjelpsom kommunikasjon via Whatsapp. De hjalp meg umiddelbart med alle spørsmål og problemer jeg hadde (som en ødelagt lås på skapet mitt). De er alltid entusiastiske. Dessuten gir de mange anbefalinger for aktiviteter og hjelper deg med å bestille en tur til Mount Ijen. Guiden ved navn Sule var høflig og en fantastisk profesjonell. Jeg bodde på sovesal med vifte, men det var helt greit for meg. Rommet og fellesfasilitetene er superrene. Fellesområdet er stort med et kjøkken og steder å slappe av. Du kan møte mennesker eller finne litt ro! Det som passer deg best! Wifi-en var også rask! Ettersom de fleste kommer til Banyuwangi for Mount Ijen-turen, og bussen ankommer Banyuwangi tidlig om morgenen, hjalp de meg med selvbetjent innsjekking. De er også veldig fleksible med å la deg være igjen etter at du har sjekket ut.

Staff were so friendly and really make everyone feel at home. The cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in and everyone is so nice... I booked the Ijen tour with them and we had the best guide of all time Haqim (Kim) Make sure you ask for him to have the best experience on the tour...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Ali the host and his family were very welcoming and helpful. They also made us delicious meals and facilitated a tour of the national park on a traditional fishing boat, which I recommend. The location is also close to G-land so you can get in and out for surfs without the cost of surf camps if you are on a budget.

Despite of all the good things in Room Ijen, spotless is the first word popped out of my mind. Im sure everyone has been spoiled by unlimited kindness from Indonesians, but no matter what youve been encontered, this hostle is another level, in which case Im not gonna spoil your experience . Uve gonna come and find out. BTW, they have bus from Banyunwagi to Bali , which I recommend you do it. I found it in a hard way because I took a local bus....

A great place to stay, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, everything provided, a good location, great value for money. Host was very good, he supplied a delicious Nasi Campur breakfast for us, told us his concerns of what he might provide us, as we were Western guests which was sweet. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when I revisit Banguwangi

Really cool rooms made from bamboo. Comfy bed and good wifi. The staff are really helpful and will sit and chat with you. It's great to sit out in the communal area at night and a good place to meet people.
