The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Albert Dock and all the attractions at the waterfront. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen and the dining area is clean as well. There are ample free parking as well.

Didn't have breakfast there. Fantastic staff, facilities, 6-dorm room (with an adjacent sitting-room!). Nice attached bar & restaurant. Clean, fully functional and maintained building & facilities. Some people mind the high street sound volume at evenings or into the early night (perhaps 01 am), but I didn't mind at all - just adds to the legendary Matthew Street & The Cavern Club heritage factor.

I like absolutely everything about this hostel. The atmosphere, people there, the owner. I would stay longer if I could, sadly I had to leave Liverpool. Had the best time, met the loveliest people, had brilliant talk with Kev and his family, slept on the comfiest bed and enjoyed is very much. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you very much.

love that it was really close to the city centre the place was clean u could tell straight away all the staff were friendly and always there to help

Very kind and friendly staff the new management is trying his best and they are problem solvers, the rooms have great sizes ,the accommodation is in the City Center so it's close to every activity offered by that beautiful city. Decent prices !
