Beautiful location near highway but well above it. Very welcoming staff. We highly recommend unit on the end with ocean and jungle views. Nice breakfast! Beach not too far away also...

great location overlooking the river and so much beautiful jungle! Well worth the booty building walk up hill! Good bathroom to guest ratio! The volunteers are super nice and very helpful! The food and cocktails were okay…nothing out of this world. Good mosquito nets. Internet really only works up top but it’s okay bc that’s where you spend most of your time anyways! I would def go back. pool is rad!

The Colombian breakfast was very good, the room had a nice view, our room had Netflix and excellent Wi-Fi, quiet to work, the staff was incredible, and everyone was friendly, the restaurant has a good menu and they bring the food to your room.

Johnny and Linda form a great husband/wife team along with their extended family to create an incredibly welcoming and social atmosphere for all the guests. Food is very good always with freshly caught fish included on the lunch/dinner menú. The open, airy design of the huts makes you feel like you are amidst nature. Highly recommend this tranquil setting!

Very nice and comfortable hostel near the Tayrona National park entrance. I liked the aromatic smell everywhere, we got free water refill and could store our backpacks here for couple of days for free as well. Very nice family staff. We would definitely come back again.

The location was amazing. Next to the river & wildlife. The hut slept really good. Great mosquito protection. Great bed. Its almost you sleep outside but you got enough privacy. Simba the cat and Gardian the dog were really cute and the owner can cook very well. The keyword is tranquillo. Don’t expect much, expect nature and a really great night rest. Even if you love luxurious places you can love this place (ill do). We extended our stay for another day only to relax in the hostel and swim in the river. We used the jacuzzi. In the night you hear crickets and frogs singing and the sound of the river and sometimes you hear monkeys. It’s awesome. If you gonna eat. Don’t go to tiki hut as the pizza’s made us sick.

Arrived at finca late, I came dying the low season so I was the only person there. As someone with very little Spanish and having been dropped off in the woods by a motor taxi across a river. (they're safe don't worry). I was a little skeptical and thinking "where the hell am I". I was quickly brought to my dorm room, no one was there - after coming from parting in Cali this was needed. I basically paid £9 or 45,000 pesos for a private ensuite Gonzalo looked after me and we had conversations through Google translate. He was so accommodating. Doing laundry, being attentive with delicious food. I would most certainly come back again. Remember to being cash - as most places in Tayrona take cash only. La Fonda were very accommodating and took care and so did Tayrona entrance I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is the essence on tranquil

It was great the only problem is that the hostelk is far from the beach but it is near from tayrona hostel and buritaca-guarichaca river and beachs if you take a bus
