A very cozy place with a helpful owner, comfy bed, great breakfast, and modern equipment. It's located near the University of Warwick and two bus stops, which is very convenient. I also enjoyed that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The owner communicated fast and kindly helped me with anything I needed. 10/10 ⭐, would recommend to everyone.

The home itself is so comfortable,tidy,located in a beautiful place with a nice park to walk around. The two little pup's were so friendly and there's not a bad thing anyone who's stayed here could say.

The welcome was warm, the room was super comfy and the breakfast was tasty! The location was great for the event I was attending at the NEC with it being only a 10 minute drive away.
