Free private parking is possible on site, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout. Ash Farm Country House is an absolute little gem. The location is perfect. We had a lovely and very comfortable room, with nice, personal touches, and a super bathroom. The Full English Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had! The family/owners were delightful; so very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

To enhance your weekend adventures, the powers that be have introduced a fantastic weekend ticket (currently priced at £6.80), allowing you to hop aboard the metro from 6:30 pm on a Friday evening all the way through to 11:45 pm on Sunday. Picture this: you can now jet into Manchester Airport, hop onto the metro with your weekend ticket (available only in the ticket machine after 6:30), and journey back to the airport, saving you a tidy sum of at least £40.00. Very nice place, decorated with some thought. The breakfast excellent and lounge room gave me time to catch up on work. The bath a luxury. Highly recommend.
