The staff were great, the sheets were soft, the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to hang out at the pool

The staffs at property is AMAZING! Roberto, Roni and another 1 staff…you guys amazing… and the restaurant staffs…i love the ambience of the property, the landscape, the views, the balcony areas, the space of the room, but the most beautiful moments the staff super wonderful n helpful!! From medan to Samosir, it took about 6 hours for us to reach there, but when we arrived, the place super spectacular!!! Well done all
