The van very comfortable lovely furnishings, all utensils were new. The decking was in the sun most of the day. The view from lounge and decking was excellent overlooking the lake.

We had a fantastic week staying in a caravan next to the lake, even though the weather wasn't so great with lots of rain. The location was perfect, not far from Skegness town, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

GB36, a property with a bar, is situated in Chapel Saint Leonards, 1 km from Chapel St. Leonards Beach, 1.2 km from Ingoldmells Beach, as well as 9 km from Skegness Butlins. The property was lovely, clean and homely, had everything could possibly require during our stay. The owner was fab with details on location and answering any enquiries. Literally a couple of minute walk to the beach, the site was quiet and the veranda was lovely to sit and relax. We didn’t explore much so don’t know about pool or anything however loved that the shop/ pubs were dog friendly even though we sat outside because we had lovely weather.
