We had our own fenced off area with lovely views and was able to keep the dog in his own area too with no problems. The cows was a great way to desensitise him! Loved it. We had a lovely BBQ which Jayne gave to us to cook on, she was a very welcoming and friendly host.

Great place indeed, can't fault anything about it. Very accommodating couple, we needed an early check in for a wedding and this was no issue. Lots of lovely touches. Woodleighton Cottages is located in Uttoxeter, a 5-minute walk from Uttoxeter Racecourse and 7 miles from Alton Towers. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. From the welcome pack which greeted us on our arrival to the checking in from Rachel over the duration of our stay to see if everything was okay or whether we needed anything or help with anything. It was truly a 1st Class service and most definitely a 5 star accommodation. The Cottages are a short distance to the race course or to the town centre. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Woodleighton to our family and friends .

Absolutely loved my stay and the dog enjoyed it too. Host was very friendly and chatty too. Would happily (and probably will) stay again

Very rarely do you find such a property 2 living room with everything you need, very clean with everything set up from every point of view... with a feeling that you live in your own house ...( with all the facilities wahing mashine , detergent etc) I had all the information I needed... I was able to contact Paul very late in the evening and he answered me in 2 seconds .. a small house with a big heart ... if I have the chance to stay in Tutbury again I will definitely stay at Paul's house 14 Castlegate ... a small detail: you will have Milk, bread, honey, apples arranged in the kitchen!
