The apartments are extremely clean. There is no smoking inside but this it is very good (although I am a smoker). You can go outside to smoke (or on your terrace :) ) . I recommend high floor rooms, with panoramic view (the large ones - over 100m2) They are a little more expensive but worth the money.

We stayed here the beginning of February and were not cold like others mentioned.

There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The house had a fully equipped kitchen, except for an oven. It was used every day, for breakfast, I was the cook, so I would say that breakfast was absolutely top-notch. The staff addressed the minor issues that arose with cheerful attitudes and remarkable speed.

View over the harbour towards the mountains provide beautiful sunsets. Agaete quieter and more authentic than the South Island mass tourist resorts. Good seafood restaurants and good local Spar shops with large supermarkets 5km drive away. Friendly host provided good communication. Stopped for 2 weeks and host arranged for towels, bed linen and villa cleaning after 1st week; which showed good attention to what is important.

We had an efficient self check in within Christmas night at the owner offer his full support via WhatsApp. He provided all information we required and let us some snakes in the kitchen. It was easy to park in front of the apartment or few meters away. The apartment was very clean and we had no issues.
