excellent place to enjoy family holidays pool size is great enjoyed every bit of the house it was nice and clean the only thing host can do to make stay better is providing better shampoo or hand wash. place is spacious nice and clean big rooms and the best part is pool we enjoyed bbq aswell my kids loved it. we went in february from uk not sure if we would be able to use the pool but weather was mild summer still hot pool was useable most of the day time . host was great and very helpfull the nearby sight seeing place was brilliant for an evening walk or to watch sunset. i would highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful property tastefully decorated, nice terrace and awesome host. Worth noting is the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We got breakfast basket one of the day as a nice surprise. Also, out of my stupidity, the night before we were about to leave, I locked the key of my rental car inside the car. We had our flight early the next morning. The rental car company were not responding and we could not wait as otherwise we will lose out flight. The host (Susane) came over in the late hours of the night wit a friend to help us out. Eventually we got a locksmith over who opened the car for us. Susane helped us a lot in figuring everything out. She really did not had to do it. Big thanks to her.

The four of us are very happy to live here! Maria is a very cute and helpful person, and it is very pleasant to communicate with her! The house is on the north side of Tenerife Island, very quiet. We came in winter, but we can still swim in the pool. The house has three floors. The first floor is an open kitchen with a lot of utensils, ovens, microwaves, etc., on the second floor are three bedrooms with a small terrace, and the third floor is a study room with a terrace. The house has a wide view and can enjoy the daylight and fresh air. Maria has given us a lot of help, helping us book pick-ups, recommending restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and so on. In short, we had a wonderful Christmas here! We will definitely come back again!

house very well appointed. very clean. only problem most neighburs seem to have at least one dog and they were all yakking with each other at some point during the day or night. quite noisy. kitchen could be improved with double sockets, or at least extensions, on both ends, rather than 2 sockets for 4 machines: toaster & microwave on one side, and kettle & coffee machine on the other. To state it has a view of the mountain, is slightly exaggerated: only from little balcony on 1st floor. otherwise there was ZERO view. very hemmed in by other houses.

    Fantastic place the pictures don't do it justice. Loved the view and the heated pool, it was very clean and they even left us some wine and snacks. We almost didn't want to leave to go explore the rest of the island.

    We had a very good time. Luis jr was waiting for us at the house to give us the keys, show the house. He also gave the basic information on where to find a supermarket, etc. We appreciated in particular the comfort of the beds, the personal attention - Luis gave us lots of tips on things to do with the children, places to go to eat, beaches etc. The house is very clean, the kitchen is also well equipped- including olive oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee etc. It was all perfect! Thank you Luis, Tania and Luis jr, you were wonderful hosts.

    Just got back from wonderfully visit in Tenerife. Justin was a perfect host, super helpful and easygoing. The place is exactly as on pictures, very clean in nice neighborhood with many restaurants closely. House is only few minutes from Puerto Cruz and La Orotava , and max 30 min to Santa Cruz which makes it super good place for any sightseeing trips. Last but not Leaste - the view from the balcony is "to die for".

    It was great being away from anywhere busy yet still have a dog friendly bar/restaurant only a short albeit very steep walk away. The owners were very friendly and just left you to get on with your break. Accomodation was very clean and good that it had basics like coffee, salt and pepper etc. already in the apartment. Fantastic living on a ranch with the dogs and horses really close to you. Fantastic views!! Lovely little pool area too!
