The owner was very helpful and welcoming and speaks several languages. Very clean and warm in the cold weather. Breakfast was continental and plentiful and the local almond tart was delicious. The bed was very comfortable with a nice soft pillow.

Clean and simple room, everything very clean and tidy, and the host went out of his way to be nice — there were even Basque sweet pies for breakfast, which were a delight. Plus it’s very close to Vitoria, the historic capital of the Basque Country, which we wouldn’t have visited otherwise.

The bed had extra size! it was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Every day it was cleaned. We parked our car in the hotel parking. We used the kitchen for preparing some food in the evening. It is equipped with everything we needed.

We booked a room for only 2 people but we were traveling with our daughter as well. Was not problem for Txema to accommodate our daughter without any other cost. All the place is very clean and Txema is very helpful. We had our dinner at the Camping Roble Verde which is 6 minutes drive from the Lagun Etxea.
