This house is exceptional. We (family of four) stayed for a week in early March so the weather was warm days and cool nights, so we did not need the air conditioner or heater. The house is very spacious, on two levels. It is a modern house with many views over the sea and a good-sized yard. The local beach is 40 meters away. It is in a very quiet area, there is a tapas place within walking distance but we had a car so shopped in the nearby town and ate all of our meals at home. The kitchen has everything for cooking and the house also has a barbeque in the yard. There are two dining tables inside and one outside. The Wifi worked great as did all of the appliances. It was a great experience to stay at the house and enjoy the quiet, the birds, and the views of the sea. Finally, we should mention that the owner was exceptionally kind and warm. He found that we were interested in agriculture and gave us a tour of his family's greenhouse and brought us fresh tomatoes and peppers from the greenhouse, which we all really enjoyed. We did not want to leave and hope to visit again in future.

large house on four floors. nice roof terrace - bedrooms two with terraces looking over sea, large kitchen and lounge area (with pool table) and pool room in basement. right on beach. very quiet area out of season, 10 min drive into Adra, 3 mins off main autovia.
