We vertrokken voor dag en dauw naar de luchthaven en er werd voor ontbijt op de kamer en taxi gezorgd.

The place was wonderful, very old renovated building. The view is stunning. The breakfast was delicious and well served with many fresh fruits and variety of cheese. The garden was with pool. The room was very comfy and clean. Self check in was possible. The staff was very kind.

The kitchen was a great place for cooking with all the utilities and even provided some fresh food everyday. We had a really great experience staying here.

Catia met us and helped with parking, showed the house and made us feel as at home. The house has a charming garden with great view and places for the rest and breakfast, everything was fresh and clean and made for your comfortable staying. Catia is great host and her house is the place where you want to return as soon as possible.

Casa da Cal - by Casas na Ilha is gelegen in Câmara de Lobos, op 8 minuten lopen van Praia de Vigário, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde... What's there not to like? Fantastische plek, voelt heel luxueus aan. Alles is zeer goed geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd voor aankomst. Er werd een privé parkeerplek voorzien in een zeer riante garage. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, en nogmaals de plek is prachtig. Top locatie!

Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V is gelegen in Funchal, op 12 minuten lopen van Marina do Funchal en 14 km van Cabo Girão, en biedt gratis WiFi. Spacious, clean apartment with a large terrace. Well furnished and equipped with anything you may need for a short or long stay. Centrally located, across the street from a food market, with bakery, restaurants, cafes and shops (including a supermarket) in close vicinity. Within a short walk to the beach/promenade. Despite the central/busy location it was not noisy (other than the usual daytime hustle and bustle) and felt safe both during the day and in the evenings/at night. Highly recommended.

Rochão Village by Rent2U, Lda bevindt zich in Calheta, op 25 km van Cabo Girão, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. This property and the accommodations are excellent. Very close access (by car) to levada walks and Fanal forest areas. Levada Nova da Calheta can be walked both directions right from the property. We would definitely book again.

Janela para o Atlântico ligt in Porto Moniz op het eiland Madeira en beschikt over een terras en uitzicht op zee. De accommodatie ligt op 9 km van de natuurlijke zwembaden van Porto Moniz. We stayed here for 4 nights. Wonderfull place with a wonderfull host. On arrival to the town Magna text us to see if we had arrived. After we climbed a hill towards the property we had an issue with Google Maps. Then Magna arrived in her car and explained which steps to take, she then drove us to the accommodation. Great room with amazing views. The sea and the mountains. The accomodation was perfect for us, great comfy bed, fab shower. We didn't use a car so the walk up and down can be quite tough for some. The town has some great sites, cliffs on the main street, two amazing sea pools, lovely beach with incredible views. The town van be very busy with passing through tourism. People driving around the island. We recommend the town for a few days, some decent walks along the old roads .before the tunnels were constructed. Some of the local cafes were excellent and we also ate at property as there was a small fridge we could use. Also a kettle and plates and cutlery. On day of leaving we were going to take the bus to Sao Vicente but Magna said she was heading our way. We recommend this accommodation and will return. Cheers 😁😁

Guesthouse-TheView heeft een buitenzwembad, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een bar in Ribeira Brava. Booked on short notice, no problems - the key was ready at our arrival! And what a view!!! High up on a mountain side overlooking the valley and ocean towards the east, making you setting the alarm clock early the next morning so you won't miss the sunrise! And the breakfast! Friendly and welcoming staff and eating as much as you can - nothing left to wish for! The host, Dieter, welcomed everyone personally at breakfast and we had a nice chat about this marvelous place.
