Open from August 2017, Guest House Wagokoro offers a modern Japanese-style accommodation an 8-minute stroll away from JR Nippori Station. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom and toilet. This is great location if you're traveling from Narita Airport since it's near Nippori Station and you can take Skyliner so there's no need to change trains while moving with luggage. The same train station makes it accessible to other tourist spots and there are cafes, restaurants, and supermarket nearby. We loved the fusion of modern and traditional aesthetic. Our room was clean and the place is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The staff were also very nice and helpful to us. Didn't have chance to take pics but will definitely do when we go back 😊

I mean, when you come back from a whole day’s walk, you can just say tadaima aloud and get responded with a sweet okaeri:) Except for that, the facilities are brilliant, the environment is tidy and clean… So a 100% recommendation for whoever is planning on a trip to Tokyo.

A recently renovated property, 波奈 浅草 Hana Asakusa ーSkyTree前駅まで徒歩5分ー is situated in Tokyo near Hatonomachidori Shopping Street, Tsukada Kobo and Aizome Museum. I like the experience of traditional japanese room for sleeping.

Set in Oshima, 15 km from Motomachi Port and 20 km from Okada Port, 築100年の宿【はぶの家】 offers a garden and air conditioning. Everything was on point! Such a mesmerizing atmosphere, very comfortable, but also historical and so connected to nature! The food was beyond excellent! We liked everything, and would like to come again and again :) Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Kitazawa Cozy House ligger i Setagaya-kvarteret i Tokyo, 700 m fra Kitazawa Hachiman-helligdommen, 700 m fra Shinganji-templet og 1,4 km fra Museum of Modern Japanese Literature. The room was a good size and came with a small kitchen. Many heaters were provided. The area was very quiet. Very close to shimokitazawa station and shops.

Oyado Kien Ryogoku tilbyder 2-stjernet indkvartering i Tokyo, 500 m fra Yokoamicho Park og Tokyo Metropolitan Memorial Hall. The owner was extremely helpful! He gave us recommendations on where to eat (izakayas) and drink when asked! The location is in a nice and quiet location, and of course, next to convinis. There's also a relatively close location for laundry and if you need directions the owner has handouts on the whereabouts. ALSO I LOVE THE OWNER SO MUCH- he offered us cute goodie bags and also offered one of my friends a suitcase because she was carrying around lots of heavy bags 😭

銀河荘-Galaxy Guesthouse 12歳以下不可 is located in Hachijo and offers a garden and a terrace. This 2-star guest house offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. Keiko and Kenta were very nice and attentive hosts, staying in the Guesthouse almost felt like home. Also they had some good advice for travelling around the island or good places for coffee/dinner. Last but not least we really want to come back. We are pretty sad that the four days are over.
