Very nice place for visiting Atami and relaxing in a private onsen. There was a kitchen and a fridge. Our room had a beautiful view to the ocean. The owners and stuff were very friendly and treated us like a family. Thank you.🙏

Amazingly friendly hosts, beautiful location, yoga mats, a hammock, a bicycle to use, clean rooms, and all round wonderful experience. Oceanside views The hosts took me to a wonderful dinner (probably the best one I've had so far in Japan) and taught me how to write haikus. They explained lots of nuisances and generally gave off the best vibes a traveller could ask for. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and kindness, if I ever return to Japan I will 100% be staying here again.

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. The kindest owner I've ever had. He cares about our comfort and has a genuine curiosity about the guests. I felt like at home. Really cozy and comfortable stay. 100% recommended!

In the Shuzenji Onsen district of Izu, close to Shuzen-ji Temple, Hostel Knot has a shared lounge and a washing machine. Best accommodation in Shuzenji if you want to explore the Izu Peninsula. The hostel was amazing, the facilities were very clean and you can use them whenever you need. Ryohey was such an amazing host, he knows many good spots around Izu, he also gave me directions to get to some of them (thanks my friend). If I am around the area again I'd definitely stay here.

Such a close walk to the beach and other coves for snorkeling. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Food at the cafe was so convenient and delicious after spending the day at the beach. J-Garden features a tennis court, a garden and a private-use hot spring bath, a 11-minute walk from Tomito port. The lady (Makiko) was exceptionally helpful. we arrived late and she drove us to a nearby convenience store to grab some food. On our checkout day, it was raining and she kindly sent us to the train station.
