Even if this place is further from the center, its definitelly worth visiting! The Host was incredibly nice! So helpfull and gave good recommendations for sightseeing, took us to the train station. Really amazing experience overall. The room was very clean, bright and spacious. Pillows were the best!! :)) they also clean rooms every day, which we didnt expect! Also good breakfast, very nice that it has terrace outside to sit and eat :) We really enjoyed our stay and recommending this place!

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. 1) Great location near the main train station 2) nice room with new furniture 3) The owner Andrea is very helpful and he guided us what to do and how during our stay with the full details 4) AC was perfect specially in hot summer

A recently renovated property, Casa Esmeralda is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. I had an excellent stay at Casa Esmeralda's. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! The place is new!

Set within 23 km of Castello San Giorgio and 22 km of Technical Naval Museum, Affittacamere Ca der Culunellu offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Soviore. The hostess was the sweetest Italian lady I ever came across. She and her husband and their dog drove me around to the bus stops every time I needed to go to the town(as the location is a bit inconvenient). Also the restaurant near the place is so good with the best food. The BnB is done up so well. My favourite room from all my stays in Italy

Affittacamere Flori has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in La Spezia, 1.7 km from Castello San Giorgio. The location was relatively close to the train station. It was very clean. And the stuff was very nice to us. We were very satisfied with this accommodation. I recommend it.
