Owners are responsive if there are concerns. Easy check in and out.

Check in was flawless, room is spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a well equipped kitchen with free smoothies for all the guests. They also have free bicycles for guests to use. Free parking along the street.

Really quiet and cozy place with a very nice host! We loved our stay here and wish we did it for more than one night. Will stay here again without a doubt!

The rooms are very nice, clean and cosy. However, what makes this place so special is the location - it's a quiet place, off the beaten track, right by the water. I hope to revisit it someday and use the hot tub:)

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking... The location is very convenient, and the owner, Nick, is very friendly and helpful. The room is also well-appointed, with sturdy furniture, a kettle, and a sink inside the room.

Este alojamiento de gestión familiar está situado en el centro histórico de Reikiavik, frente a la iglesia Hallgrímskirkja. Todo me encantó. La limpieza. La ubicación es insuperable. Tenía cocina super equipada. Las habitación calentitas, con caldera que podias regular la temperatura a tu gusto. La habitación que me tocó tenía balcón, con vista a patios internos de otras casas, Vista luminosa. Relación calidad-ubicación-precio: excelente.
