Clean, and included all necessities. Locartion was good with car access next to a park with nice running tracks. Easy check in and check out, and good info in the info folder.

Το Eyvindarholt Guesthouse βρίσκεται στις Αλφτάνες, σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών οδικώς από το κέντρο του Ρέικιαβικ. Beautifully placed house outside the city but very close to Reykiavik. Apartment was very nicely decorated with a comfortable kitchen. Very spacious, nice views, very clean and comfortable beds. You have to try breakfast - it's deliciuious! Home made warm bread, pancakes or cake, freshly cooked eggs, good quality cheese and ham, jam - everything served sooo nicely 🩷

Location,bakery,ice cream shop which they were both nearby , bus stop to town metres away and the host Disa ,wonderful.The bakery has rhe best coffee and variety of food.The ice cream is a treat, people come from miles around for both shops and they are within 100 metres. Disa the host is amazing nothing is any trouble,so helpful in so many ways.There is a local heated pool nearby as well.This place is not in town,but for the cost saving its worth the drive if you have a car or if not the bus is so close.The other shops that handy is the local grocery shop near the bakery and a shopping centre about 1 km away,for great takeaway.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable. The house had everything you need and even more. Thought out to the smallest detail. Disa is a wonderful person, helped us a lot with a personal problem. In the evening and at night it is quiet and calm, and there is a bus to the city center almost from the house. There is parking for those who drive.

EVERYTHING! you can't beat the location, right in downtown Reykjavik but far enough so you don't get noise. The place is super clean and cozy, my room was pretty small but it didn't feel like it, I had to work from my computer that afternoon and I set up at the desk with a lovely view from the window. Breakfast is basic but good. I like that you can check-in by yourself. For some reason I didn't get the email with my pin code, but I called the number on the booking and they were SO nice and quickly sent me the info. I don't think you'll get a better stay for this price, it's worth every krona! I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Iceland.

Ήταν πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο. Είχε πολλές κοινές τουαλέτες και καθαρές. Η κουζίνα παρείχε τα πάντα.Η τοποθεσία τέλεια.

Wonderful place, authentic decorations with all facilities. Surrounding environment was mind blowing. It self a tourist attaction. Loved.

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking... People managing the place are awesome

Situated in Reykjavik’s old city centre, this family-run property is across the street from Hallgrim’s Church. It offers a communal kitchen, as well as modern and fresh rooms with wooden furnishings. The location, the cleanest and it was confortable.
