The room was fully equipped, super clean, comfortable, safe that is very important for the solo traveler. The location is near the old town and harbor that was quite comfortable to walk around for some hours in the evening after my arrival. The host Ana was amazing, very kind and helpful. I am kind of a picky traveler and can always find something that disappoints me, but Sweet rooms apartments are highly recommended for everyone who want to get a positive experience in Split.

The rooms are clean and very well maintained, and the hostess is wonderful and charming. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area but is just a few minutes walk away from the city center. The size of the room is decent and has all the basic necessities well covered. Given the low end price charged for this room, it was a bargain and a total value for money deal.

Responsive to questions prior to arrival. offered a pick up service from Split ferry to property as well as service to airport - for a fee. This was very helpful. The room was quiet and pleasant. I appreciated there was bottled water in refrigerator. I highly recommend for property very close to Split airport.

The room was extremely clean and stylish. Since Split is very hot during the summer, to be able to cool down in the AC equipped room was highly appreciated. A cup of coffee to be available is always a plus. The host was very helpful and flexible when she realized that we were arriving late to the apartment.

Set in Stari Grad, Town House Rosario is 500 metres from Petar Hektorovic Palace and offers various facilities, such as a terrace. The interior was really cool and we loved the eco approach they have with everything. Location was perfect with free parking nearby. Rose was very sweet and gave us many recommendations and a guide book of the area, restaurants, sights, etc.
