We stayed in a beautiful cabin, with lots of space, a fan, and a good mosquito net. The owners are extremely sweet. The owners wife went out to buy food to cook for us in the evening, and the included breakfast was great. The cabins are just a 10 minute walk from the Tayrona park main entrance. It was a great place to rest after two days in the park.

Amazing place! The bus to Tayrona National park stops right at the entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited Tayrona overnight and were offered to shower when we returned!

Casa Pozo Azul is located 2 km from Minca in the Magdalena Region, 17 km from Santa Marta. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. The location was beautiful, right by the river and just a short walk to Pozo Azul. We were able to go early to the waterfall before the crowds showed up. It’s a rustic place, but it’s very clean, peaceful and really nice to fall asleep to the sound of the river.
