Set in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, Ashram no Paraíso. Is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.5 km from Bus Station of Alto Paraiso de Goias and 35 km from Moon Valley. Ashram far exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Alto Paraíso and Eduardo was an incredible host, making us feel welcome even before we arrived and helping us with everything we needed while we were there (connecting us with guides and suggesting great experiences). The facilities were extremely comfortable and clean.

Set 18 km from Moon Valley, Ecopousada Toca do Guará offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Gorgeous property with incredible views. You are in the middle of the nature and feel like you are in a different world. The private bungalows are amazing and kept so clean with spectacular views! Rodrigo was incredible - he would help us with a plan for everyday and even took us on our first hike. Hes so accommodating and even offered us a free upgrade to a nicer bungalow because it was free. He went above and beyond when my friend needed to join a last minute work conference and provided us with access to another property in sao jorge (the city) for more reliable internet access. Could not recommend this place more! However, the drive in can be tricky so though you don’t need 4 wheel drive if you’re not used to off roading 4 wheel drive would be more beneficial as it’s about 4km on a dirt road to get to the property through jungle with no reception. But totally worth it when you get there! Would 100% go back here and plan to one day! One of my favourite places to stay! Also you have to be ok with insects and nature as it’s a very untouched spot. We loved it and couldn’t rave more about it!

Situated in Alto Paraíso de Goiás and with Bus Station of Alto Paraiso de Goias reachable within 700 metres, Hostel Gentileza - Guest House features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout... This is an excellent budget option right in the center of Alto Paraiso. It is a minute walk from great restaurants and markets. Despite its location, it's quiet and peaceful. The hostel is simply but clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and supportive. They went above and beyond during my stay. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pans, spices, and and even an oven. There are clothing lines for drying your clothes, and hot water in the shower. The mosquitos also were thankfully not that bad. Highly recommend if you want a cheap but comfortable place to stay.

The staff team was excellent and gave us plenty of recommendations. I would def come back.

Pousada da Ana is located in Cavalcante, 700 metres from the city centre and offers daily breakfast. All rooms feature a ceiling fan. Great value for money, amazing breakfast. The owner let us use her private kitchen to cook dinner, a truly lovely family experience
