Located within 2.7 km of Madara Rider in Madara, Villa St. Michael offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Exceptional stay. I don’t have enough words to explain feelings and emotions I felt there. The most spiritual, beautiful, quiet and positive place I have ever been. Clean, warm, very big rooms. Absolutely perfect place. You can feel God or may be feel Tuch of God. Fully recommend this place! Absolutely value for the money. 5 stars hotel can’t provide this service and atmosphere.

Set just 1.9 km from Madara Rider, Guest house Zlateya features accommodation in Madara with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Amazingly helpful host was waiting for an evening check in, and helped find a restaurant open (near the Rider) for dinner - important in a small place with not many options. The premises are in a good condition and simply charming. Wish İ'd gone there summertime to enjoy the pool! I had a room on the second floor and there is a lovely shared terrace to enjoy the view: so beautiful and peaceful. Wonderful place!

Osmarski Houses is set in Osmar, in 2 buildings dating from the 19th century and offers a traditional Bulgarian mehana with a fireplace. Everything was perfect - the hosts, the service, the food. Beautiful houses, very authentic, with great attention to small details. One of the house was actually dated from 1881. Very charming mixture of the traditional with the comfort of the modern world. There is a lavender touch everywhere - starting with the toiletry to the lavender jus. Can pay on-site with credit/debit card. The yard is very big, there are hammacks for the kids, a dog and some baby cats. There is a small shop, where you can buy art of a local artist (the sister of the host). Really memorable experience.

An all-year outdoor pool is a feature of Villa Bulgara Eco, which is located in Madara and offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Once you enter, it's a welcome to paradise. The beautiful green garden, clean nice pool, countless places to take a rest. The owner and all the staff are the nicest people, they always make sure to make us feel comfortable. The food was more than amazing, traditional Bulgarian food tasted so good, the place is all you need to take a breath and rest. Our best greetings :)

Situated 2.7 km from Madara Rider, Madara OMAYA Guest House offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. It was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts are awesome, kind, and friendly. The place is comfortable. The pool was clean 👌. Everything was tidy. The kitchens are well equipped.It is a good place for large groups. The neighbors were very nice and patient. We were not a silent group at all. A good place to relax.

The Wild Fig is located right outside the town of Shumen in a quiet neighborhood called DivdyadovoSet in Shumen. The Wild Fig features a barbecue and views of Shumen plateau rocks. Comfortable apartment. We had nice bbq outside. Very welcoming and kind owners.

Situated in Veliki Preslav, 24 km from Aquapark Blue Magic and 35 km from Madara Rider, Bolyarski Stan Guest House offers a garden and air conditioning. Very well maintained and spacious. Very quiet and comfortable. The A/C was working great which was much needed after a very hot day. The hosts are wonderful and very hospitable. We reserved room for 3 but when they saw we are 3 adults they offered us the family apartment which was more spacious for the same cost.

Located in Veliki Preslav, 20 km from Shumen, Mutafova Guest House offers rooms with free WiFi and a common lounge area with a fireplace. Free public parking is possible in front of the house. Perfect place if you are looking for something traditional, simple and with plenty of silence. The village is like in the middle of nowhere, so if you are looking for fancy or commercial areas, this is not the place for you. There are small shops in the village (if you need to pick something to drink or snacks for the day). Few restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the city of Veliki Preslav, it's like 5-10min distance by car. Location is even nicer than in pictures. Great breakfast (different every day; we asked the host to prepare whatever she would prepare for her family). Clean room and pool. Very friendly, smart, modest and open minded host lady. We had great English conversations on local history, traditions and plans for the future. The pool (4m/9m) was the main reason for our choice and it proved to be more than sufficient for us. We were really lucky to have the entire place just for us for 3days. In case of full occupancy the pool might be crowded, but for a guest house I think this is the top location we've been in the last 20 years. The second criteria was the WiFi, because we also had to work remotely during the day and the connection worked perfectly inside the room - we had the separate spacious room close to the pool, it has a dedicated rooter (insufficient signal for the pool area, but if you drag the rooter close to the window, you'll have wifi there too). Spacious front and back gardens, we plan to return with the kids next year, as this is a great place for families as well. We strongly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

Location was in a very quiet area and the staff was very attentive to our needs.Guesthouse has pools and small facility for kids to play.Staff is very helpful,my kid had fever and they did everything to help me.Even offering some medicine.
