James is a super cook and the breakfasts are superb. Beautiful garden with kangaroos and exotic birds to greet you every morning. James does a great wine tour and will customise it to suit you. Close to beach and town. Highly recommend.

The place looks even better than in the photos posted on booking. The house design is beautiful and everything is in complete harmony with nature. We've seen kangaroos and rabbits everyday and the owners are so kind. We travelled WA from Perth to Esperance and stayed at different accommodations, but this was the best at every aspect. We'd love to come back here some day.

Bed and breakfast guest rooms include a full English breakfast. There are also self-catering three/four bedroom cottages. All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and indoor/outdoor dining options on covered verandahs. The setting is beautiful, although the gardens had suffered in the heat of summer but we could imagine how wonderful they would have been. The self catering chalet felt like home and was very comfotable. The owner, Joy, was very pleasant and informative. We wished we had stopped here on a previous visit to York.
