The newly renovated studio cottage was fitted out perfectly with everything needed for a short stay and then some. We got to see several platypus in the lake only metres from the front door. It's a quiet serene location with all the comforts of home, plenty of hot water and a decent size bathroom equipped with Sheridan towels, quality toiletries and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows etc.

The property is centrally located to Maleny and the gorgeous Sunshine coast beaches, as well as Chenrezig and Australia Zoo. You can drive to the famous Eumundi Markets which are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The local town has a shop, post office and cosy cafe. Very practical and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. It was great to have access to a grill and a fire pit in the garden and the sheep were very cute. Perfect getaway!

Bridle Guesthouse is situated nearby several major Hinterland wedding venues. Even we did not meet the host, she was in contact via SMS and made our stay so easy and comfortable - thank you! Situated off the main road to Maleny, yet hidden from view/traffic noise - a fabulous farm/guesthouse with views of rolling hills and horse paddocks. So serene with multiple places to sit and gaze... A nicely-appointed large room with king bed and comfortable mattress, a generous breakfast basket (a small kitchenette wall and dining table both indoors and outdoors); a huge beautifully appointed modern bathroom with shower. Just a few minutes' drive to Maleny main street with ample shops and restaurants - yet the perfect retreat.
