Accommodation: I stayed in the small bedroom. Very fancy, lots of tiny details, i.e. a flask of bourbon next to the bed, a jar with a variety of cookies, a small magazine stand and much more. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The place also has a small library and a pub Breakfast: One of the best breakfasts I ever had in a guest lodge. They offer a variety of jams and tras, ever table had their own French coffee press. Overall it has the appeal of very well maintained, upper class 19th century mansion

The staff were so friendly. Even before I got to the BnB, I was contacted regarded how I should check in because I was arriving after the reception closed. The ambience of the room, and the view from my room was divine. I had absolute privacy and I was able to relax, unwind and enjoy myself. What an amazing experience!!! Everything from the welcoming drink to our leaving with a promise to return if we are in the region again. The staff were very attentive, we were even serenaded one morning by one of them! Everything that was needed was in the room/bathroom, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfasts were a delight, served to order and copious.The view out to the ocean outstanding.

We would like to thank Bob for being an incredible host. He was warm and accommodating the minute we arrived - he even treated us to an unexpected room upgrade which was the highlight of our trip All amenities exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend staying at The Hamptons Guesthouse. An absolutely perfect location and in close proximity to a variety of popular restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood.
