Perfect neighbourhood with easy parking. Very spacious, clean and the backyard is amazing. So nice place to chill and relax. Eric is a very easy going person. He helped us a lot with some questions and responded immediately to our requests. I will definitely stay at this place again if I get back to LA again.

Beautiful property! Location was easy to get around to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Little Osaka, etc. Was probably the cleanest home stay I’ve had and Milo and Beth were great hosts with lots of knowledge of the area.

This is an awesome spot very close to everything. Comfy beds, everything that's needed in the kitchen, great outdoor area and private parking in the back was so much better than street parking!
