The guest house is great--full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a fold out couch. The location is a bit removed from the city but that is what we were looking for. That said, there are many food options and a couple of grocery stores just a mile or two away.

We were greeted by a very nice owner. We arrived much earlier before check-in. Even so, we were able to leave our luggage at his house. When we came back in the evening our luggage was waiting in our room. The owner was extremely welcoming. The fridge was filled with delicious food. Everything you need for tasty breakfasts plus alcohol as in the best hotel, but for free. Lots of fruit and sweets on the table. Well-equipped kitchen. A very comfortable bed in the bedroom. All necessary cosmetics in the bathroom.

We loved the view, the kitchenette end the little something area outside the front door.

The views are just stunning. Beds are really like comfortable and the room is spacious with high ceiling.

The host was very friendly and helpful! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the accommodation had everything you could need for a short or long stay.

Perfect neighbourhood with easy parking. Very spacious, clean and the backyard is amazing. So nice place to chill and relax. Eric is a very easy going person. He helped us a lot with some questions and responded immediately to our requests. I will definitely stay at this place again if I get back to LA again.

Beautiful property! Location was easy to get around to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Little Osaka, etc. Was probably the cleanest home stay I’ve had and Milo and Beth were great hosts with lots of knowledge of the area.

This is an awesome spot very close to everything. Comfy beds, everything that's needed in the kitchen, great outdoor area and private parking in the back was so much better than street parking!

Location was great, room was good and the communication to get a late check-out was excellent
