We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

This was a perfect base to explore this wonderful island, we spent 10 nights in Belvedere Boutique and it felt like home. Very convinient to reach the fast road, supermarket and petrol station just around the corner, easy parking. And despite all of that absolutely peaceful and quiet at night. We enjoyed the panoramic windows and the views very much, even without a balcony. We brought one of those plugs agaist mosquitos and had no problems with them whatsoever, despite having had the window open all the time we were in the room. So absolutely recommendable because tiger mosquitos are definitely a thing! The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, even after 10 nights! We loved the design of the room and bathroom. The small kitchen was very convinient. And everything was perfectly clean with regular room cleaning during our stay. All in all, we splurged a little bit for accomodation because we really wanted to stay somewhere nice this vacation and it was absolutely worth it!

A wonderful place to stay! Caring staff, comfortable and nice room with a large bathroom, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden, terrace with a panoramic view of the city. What more could you want? It was perfect :) There is a parking lot in the facility, quick access to island's tourist attractions, and you can easily get to the old center on foot. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment just outside the center of Funchal. The host was very kind and their dog is lovely. The kitchenette was great to cook our own food. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Funchal.

Very clean property, nice area with easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. This would make for a great base for someone looking to spend most of their time outside and just wants somewhere to sleep and relax for the evening.

Nice rental, modern and cosy. Approx. 20-30 minutes walk from old town and center of Funchal. Going back is more tricky as you go up steep hills:) We rather took the bus back (10 minutes from center with many bus options) or sometimes ordered Bolt. Safe and peaceful neighborhood, mini market and bakery just around the corner. Host was very helpful with everything.

The location, centrally located with easy access to central town but quiet enough not to be disturbed at night. The lovely rooftop which has the possibility of having bbq in Summer. All fabulous facilities, to cook, wash and dry clothes etc.

This place exceeded our expectations! Apartment is clean and beautiful, well taken care of. Our room had private bathroom which was a huge plus. Location is another advantage of this place. Walking distance to all surrounding attractions, numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very easy check in. Catarina helped us with everything and was there in case you needed anything. Totally recommended!!! 👌🏻🩷
