The hotel is very cosy, with atmosphere. The room we have been given the second night was very comfortable and huge. Even the bathroom was big and fine. If ever I would stay again I wld ask for sure for a room facing the swimming pool, no comparision with the ones inside the hotel, too small! Breakfast is decent. Location is fine, walking distance to the Fort and to visit the city. Free parking

The position is very central in Nizwa and in a walking distance you can get every interesting spot of the city center. As a drawback, if you have a car and want to get there, driving through the really narrow streets of the city center could be tricky. Carefully look at the map and do not blindly trust Google Maps!

Un alojamiento nuevo y acogedor, muy céntrico aunque en una calle tranquila. Hay un pequeño aparcamiento cerca y también se puede aparcar por los alrededores sin mucha dificultad. Un punto de partida estupendo para visitar caminando la encantadora Nizwa,muy cerca de la fortaleza, tiene una ubicación magnífica. La limpieza impecable, el mobiliario de la habitación y el baño modernos y todo cuidado con mucho detalle,incluso con nevera. Sólo coincidimos con el personal en el check-in, aunque fueron muy amables y por la aplicación atendían rápidamente cualquier.consulta. La relación calidad-precio muy buena, repetiríamos sin duda.

It is a very convenient location but you need a car to get there and move around, it is about 15 - 20 mins drive to city centre which is the main attraction but on a highway interconnection so very convenient to get in and out of the city. Hotel is basic and mostly geared for local tourists. It has all the basic amenities but not luxury by any means. We had a comfortable stay.
