This is one of those cases where I feel I lack the words to express how beautiful of an experience this place was by itself. The greenery view from the room window, attentiveness of the hosts, the handmade food they serve, everything was heartwarming.

I loved everything! The place - Mt Mitake- ists just gorgeous. It's less of a tourist area, so it was not crowded at all. The Ryokan itself was an authentic Japanese style hotel. It was a great experience staying there. The food was very delicious and plenty. The owner and stuff were amazing-- from beginning till the end. The area is great for hiking, of course. I loved my stay there most out of all my accommodations on my recent trip.

The guesthouse maintains a perfect balance between traditional and modern elements. Its convenient location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. The reasonable price also makes it a great value for money.
