The very kind response of the staff and the fact that I could enjoy the outdoor hot spring were very good.

Very nice place, very Japanese, the canteen is very nice and has a perfect view for the cute garden. Nice onsen experience, very polite and helpful staff, very nice owner of place gave us a ride to the park. Actually it’s a best place I stayed in Japan, even it’s a hostel 🤍🤗

The staff were excellent, they showed us around on arrival and explained how to book the onsen pool, room was spacious and comfortable, the bar/ lounge was very clean and the food was really nice.

Offering a terrace and mountain view, Hakone Mori No Yado is set in Hakone, 8.4 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station and 46 km from Fuji-Q Highland.

In a quiet location there is this megical place, the place located few meters from the road with a bus station. The owner was very nice and hospitable. We arrived an hour after check in deadline but she waited for us. And then explained and recommended us about where should we travel around Hakone area. The breakfast was tasty with a personal touch and each day was different. There is also an Onsan room in the facility which we enjoined to use. Also the owner has a small adorable dog. We had so much fun! And recommend it. Our room was the room with the 2 beds on the second floor.

The staff were incredible, and it was located so close to the station so was easy to get to!! The onsen was amazing and I loved the traditional Japanese style room
