Perfect location, 3 minutes walk from airport and 15 minutes from the train station. Making it easy to connect to other cities, like firenze and cinque terre. Also the host was very attentive to details. Everything was clean, and functionning. I LOVED IT.

Location is great - you can walk to the airport (around 15 min). To us this was perfect because there is no need for taxi or any other transportation. Room was perfect, very clean and nice - as described. Silvia and Francesco are more then wonderful hosts. They were very helpful and welcoming at our arrival. Even provided us with a map of the city and had plenty of recommendation for restaurants and how to experience Pisa properly. They are very caring and lovely and treat you like a family!

Patrizio, the host, was excellent. He was super friendly and made us feel at home immediately (but quickly left us alone as well!). The bedroom was comfortable and we had everything we needed, even some snacks and water were provided. The shared bathroom is of good quality and the common kitchen area is also very nice. The property is very close to the train station and bus stops. Security is good. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.
