Benedict Rooms is perfect! The location, the cleaness, the communication, check in and check out. Perfecto! It's cozy and the decoration brings a really nice feeling. I was alone and I felt really safe to come and go at night. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I was hungry at night and I opened the fridge and found a lot of snacks 😊)

Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.

Great B&B, very clean and comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check in. It's a bit outside of the city center but very easy to access by bus. There is a bus stop right next to the building. We had a lovely stay.

Giovanni was a great host, so kind and helpful. Everything we could need was considered. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, the location was very central ve convenient, walking distance to central train station. Giovanni gave us very useful tips about the city and made our stay way better than we expected. Definitely recommended.

The apartment was really perfect -- exactly what we needed. It was VERY comfortable for two people. Maria was WONDERFUL.! While she spoke very little English and we spoke no Italian. We were able to communicate perfectly. She was SO accommodating and provided everything we needed. The location was also great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
