Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at. The house is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the McDonald’s. Also, the room has its own bathroom with shower, its own fridge and even it’s own kitchen with plates, a stove and a sink. The air conditioning was also a nice detail, apart from the queen sized bed. Great value for money.

Really recommend. The rooms are renovated, freshly done, very stylish, very qualitative materials. The bed is perfect, you have everything for your comfortable stay, even small iron which is not always the case. The rooms are situated in old town of Zadar, there is a lot of everything around. But still it was very quite in the room itself. We enjoyed our stay!

It’s very nice place. We were in Zadar just for a weekend. The owner Irena is very nice person. She explained everything, she told us where to go for breakfast, what bars and places to see and what to skip. The apartment house is well located, just a few steps (5 min) walk from the beach.
