The place was clean and the view was amazing! Great location, with a restaurant nearby and a short walk to the water. I cannot thank the owner enough for he helped us get our car fixed by recommending a good mechanic. Exceptional service! Would definitely stay at this place if I visit again.

It was an amazing stay at VILLA MIMOZA. It started with our host Draga, the best way to describe it, it was like staying with close family. She even made dinner for us one night. She also provided us with fresh eggs ,fruits and vegetables from her garden. The sun set from the terrace view every night was amazing as well!! The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Apartment not far from transportation and well stocked market right down stairs.

easy 30mins bus ride to Dubrovnik (25kunas every hour) or by boat (by the way I'm probably the only one who hated Dubrovnik - pretty town minus horde of visitors, parody of tourism), but Cavtat on the other hand is a pretty little town! My hosts were super nice and informative, room was specious with balkony, 10-15mins walk from here to the old town. save some money and relax at villa Adria before you get yourself a shock in Dubrovnik! ;)

The property was easily accessible by bus! It was also a nice spacious room that was very clean! The biggest plus was the owner Pero. He was very attentive, positive, and helpful whenever he could. Additionally, there was a kitchen where you could store some items, which we did not expect when booking just a room.
