This was a very simple place. The lady who ran the rooms was very pleasant and the price was very fair. The cafe downstairs was extremely pleasant. I arrived on foot with my son. Perfect base camp for mountain adventures! Lovely balcony at base of the lefka ori mountains and and olive grove. The owner at the bakery was astoundingly friendly and provided us with samples of wares from his store, where he also sold many baked goods, sfakia honey, etc. property was short walk to tavernas and the small town of anapoli. The area is unimaginably beautiful. Stella, Maria and Giorgos helped me to explore the trails with their intimate knowledge of the landscape and their eagerness to share the mystical land that they love. My room was spacious, clean and very cozy. The yard is beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy coffee and meals in a comfortable environment. I'm fortunate to have found Petres and I look forward to visiting again and again.
