Exceptional fresh breakfast every morning. Top location close to one of the best beach in Naxos. Very nice & clean room with balcony. Last but not least very friendly staff from the welcome day to the end of the journey.

We stayed in the room with jacuzzi. We really liked the proximity to the beach and how quiet the location was. The room was newly renovated with nicely equipped kitchen, and the jacuzzi worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best out of all places we stayed in Greece. We enjoyed our stay!

Actis Studios is a great option to spend your stay in Naxos. Owner is so nice and the studio is kept clean all the days and has all the necessary to stay. Also the terrace is really nice. The location is in a quiet area but enought close to down town and best areas of most beautiful and acommodated beachs full of restaurants and places to go. I fully advice the place.

Maria is very kind and keeps her place in pristine condition. The rooms are beautifully decorated and designed with very good value. Just 1 block from the beach and all restaurants. Less than 5min walk

The hotel was located in a really convenient area near Agia Anna Beach, surrounded by many restaurants. The staff was really friendly and pleasant, and the room was cleaned every day.

Absolutely gorgeous room, exactly as it looks in the photos and actually even bigger than expected! Beautifully decorated and spotless with a sea view from the balcony. Located right in the middle of Agia Anna beach with lots of beach bars and restaurants and access to sunbeds. There is also a supermarket just around the corner. The room had a kettle and coffee machine as well as cuttlery, bowls, plates, etc. Well connected by bus to other beaches, Naxos town and the airport. The host Peter was wonderful, very professional and we were really blown away with his hospitality. Incredible value for money, we loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat!
