We booked this very last minute as we were visiting a friend in St Annes for new years eve. The location was perfect for this. Also perfect that it is dog friendly, it was also a very short walk to the huge beach for a dog walk. The B&B entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was a very warm welcome, also by the staff. The breakfast/lounge area was also very comfy and beautiful. Breakfast itself was also very tasty and we liked that you could get two courses for example a fruit platter then a cooked breakfast. We had two single rooms as we booked last minute. Both were comfortable with a good bed and shower.

Quiet location. Very clean hotel. Very pleasant staff - owners, cleaners and waitresses. Breakfast excellent. Room excellent as well. We had 2 rooms both excellent. Nothing more to say great 24 hour stay. Would recommend to any of my friends and colleagues
