It’s a very nice place in a small village on the way of El Camino. In the back yard there is a chilling area with some big stone benches and the sound of the river passing by it’s refreshing. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Oh, they serve a very good cheesecake! We did enjoy and got some well deserved rest after a long hot walking day. The host was nice and helpful!

The shower was pleaant, but (if I remember correctly) the shower head had some problem - leaking between the tube and the sprinkler/shower head (alcachofa, in Spanish(?)) and the hose. I've nevertheless had a pleasant stay and could rest well, after a quick 162 Km walk to Santiago during the previous 4 days - sorry, thought I should mention that, as that perhaps enhanced my restful experience. Judge for yourself.

We had a balcony with space to sit and a view of the valley in the distance. Lupe was a very helpful host/owner. Breakfast was offered on site and it was perfect to get the day started. You will need a taxi to get to this location from O Cebreiro (if you’re doing the Camino). However, if you want a peaceful night- this location offers it. This is a well run property and great for those on bikes or even a couple’s weekend away.
