It was cheap but comfortable and clean and perfect for our first night stay before starting the Camino. We walked to the start of the Camino the evening we arrived to save doubling back the next morning. We re-joined the Camino the next morning which was a few 100 meters from the hotel. The apartment is perfectly situated, in the city centre and close to everything you need.
