They were both on hand to help with any questions and anything we needed. the hotel is beautiful with large rooms with ac a rarity in Costa Rica, we loved the garden and was like a little garden of Eden where we had breakfast every day. The grounds/pool area were amazing. A little oasis to relax in. We had an issue with the shower in our room so Ron and Tammy upgraded us to the 2 bedroom suite for half of our stay which we really appreciated. This is the best place we have stayed in Costa Rica and this is our 4th trip to the country. I highly recommend staying here when coming to the area.NancyYoung couple

In addition, the room was very spacious and the bed nice and big! We really looked forward to breakfast every day. It was a wonderful start of the day to have a nice breakfast in the beautiful garden :) Lettika recommended a rafting tour at Rafiki jungle lodge which was great! She was a great host and we had an amazing time.
