I liked everything about it. Room was large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Ferry terminal and the center of town. Being close in if you want a taxi they show up in a few minutes. Ten dollars takes you anywhere in town. It's also good particularly good value for the price. Lana, the owner is very helpful answering questions and if you need anything.

The staff was what made the stay at Oxford House exceptional; they are friendly, attentive, and they above and beyond to accommodate guests. The location is a close second, as it's on the border of Hamilton yet it's very quiet, making it easy to get to shops and restaurants on foot. The property itself is beautiful and clean, a boutique hotel that offers unique rooms.

Lots of useful information in the House Rules documents. A lovely self-contained flat not on a complex of several apartments on top of each other. Nice and quiet to enjoy the views while sitting outside on the terrace with a drink and a book.

A useful convenience shop is situated opposite this 12-room guest house. All the staff were superb - most welconming and very helpful. It was also nice to see and hear the young children enjoying themselves in the nursery next door.
