overall great value for money. Has everything you could need to have a great short or long stay, great facilities, everything possible in the 2 kitchens to cook your meal, prep breakfast or just do coffee, room was good size, with ok wifi, flatscreen tv and AC. Loved the little space in front of the room and overall the host was quite friendly and informative. They even have pool and darts which we didn't use but I loved the thought

No breakfast, but I worked a deal with Eli by providing stand sold fruit in exchange for a morning coffee. The place was a builders' pride. That is the Doctor a retired Dentist must have been intimately involved in every detail. The walls, flawless brick masonry. Two desks and a full size bed in my ground floor room 11. The side door opened to a patio with table and chairs and a clothes rack for drying. I used my beach towel for morning stretching in the patio. I didn't opt for AC, but didn't need it coming from Florida, Bulgaria does not match our humidity. When I arrived, Eli was behind the bar taking a break and really warmly greeted me. I must say I have never had such a cool, hip, lady-owner, be so friendly and kind. Happy Birthday Eli. It's soon but I will not say when. If you want to earn points fast, bring some cherries or a watermelon from one of the nearby stands.

The house has a big garden with an outdoor kitchen and dining spaces for everyone. The rooms were beautiful and we all had a blast getting to know the host. Around the house people can easily go for a small hike in the forest or get to the center of Sinemorec. Both beaches were of almost equal distance to the house.

Venera Tékkland

Big, nice and clean rooms. The balconies of our rooms were looking to a nice garden. There is a table with chairs on each balcony. The house is located in the central zone. There is a restaurant next to it, but it was not disturbing or noisy at least on our side. The rooms don't have kitchen corner for cooking, but it they have a fridge and electric kettle for hot drings. For us it was fairly enough.
