Big pets were allowed in the houses and we were happy to see 3 other big dogs during our stay. This is rare! Our dog felt good! Many cats and kittens live there, and they looked happy 😍 Beautiful lot - much thought was put into arranging the place and its very cosy and authentic. Two ACs at each floor. Very tasty food and breakfast, my absolute favorite was the speciality and the pancakes. The raspberry wine was divine. Best one I've ever had. The people were very friendly, especially the craftsmith at the entrance. Great location, 20min drive from Nessebar. Big parking lot. There is a pool, a children's corner and an eco road.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa, and we must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, everything was absolutely perfect. We cannot speak highly enough of both the villa itself and its exceptional host, Alexander. The villa was a true paradise. Nestled in a picturesque location, it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. The villa was immaculately clean, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the host, Alexander. From the moment we met him, we was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was absolutely perfect. Alexander was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. He was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had, making us feel valued and cared for as a guest. Alexander provided us with all the transport we needed for our trips to and from the villa at any time, which we highly appreciate and thank him for. We cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciated Alexander's genuine friendliness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend staying at this villa and experiencing the outstanding service provided by Alexander firsthand. He is an exceptional host who deserves all the praise and appreciation.

I gave a 10 for this location. Yes, it's not close to the beach, but the host was super nice. She waited for our late arrival. We stayed in room 42 and we found it clean and big enough. We stayed only for 1 night and the price of 30 leva was beyond great. The balcony was also a plus. AC and fridge can be found in the room. You can reach beach by car, driving around 15 minutes. Great place if you are not searching for a place near beach.
