Emil and Maria are amazing hosts. They have their hands on every detail for your stay. The house is extremely clean, well organized, you have everything you need and if you don’t, they are available for you. Their house is designed for relaxation and convenience. We cooked at home multiple times and had everything we needed. The terrace is amazing. Emil even started a wood fire for us. They provide a separate mini fridge for each room in their home and each room has its own private bathroom. Truly, I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Devin.

Such a pleasant surprise, this house! The loveliest senior lady - Grandma Emy takes amazing care of the place, keeps it pretty, tidy & clean. Its location was also exactly what we needed - incredibly close to the town center & the equestrian base... not to mention the town view from our room!

Beautiful view. Nice rooms. Probably for elder people (75-80+) will be not so suitable, because if you don't use car to go to Devin center (it is on 10 minutes walk), there are steep stairs, when you go back to house.

Nice place to stay, smaller room had a heater a few cups and a kettle. Was rather quite as well, the sleep was much better than in Sofia.

The place was beautiful and had everything you need, to have a wonderful time. The place was quiet and has a wonderful oven + microwave in one that made really nice meals, once you learn how to use it - download the manual, as it's quite dificult to guess what to do. The parking is large and the gate is closed for the night, so customers and cars are safe.

The communication with the owner of the place is excellent. She tried very hard for us to be satisfied with the place. Her lovely dad helped us find a local supermarket and showed us the parking location. From the outside, the building is very modest, but the apartment is very spacious, well-kept and invested, it contains several rooms and can accommodate several guests. The apartment has a kitchen and a large dining area. Close to the apartment is a recommended restaurant where you can ask them to bake a trout fish on the grill wrapped in aluminum foil.
