The location of the building directly on the beach is perfect. The hosts, Maria and her husband are so nice and cordial! The room on the top floor and especially the terrace and the view to the beach are great! The rooms were clean, the cleaning was done every day and the bed sheets were exchanged every three days. There is no breakfast and no restaurant in the building but you can have a coffee and a breakfast in the many restaurants in the surroundings, just 2-5 min. away. The center of the town is just 10 min. walk.

The accommodation was very good and corresponded to the description on the booking.com website. The hosts are very kind and willing to help you. There are two beaches nearby (both about 800 m away), the northern one more suitable for children (smooth entry into the water, no big waves, even when the wind blows), the southeast with more facilities, but with larger waves when the wind blows and sometimes full of algae. The car is parked on the street, in front of the pension. The area is quiet. Don't miss a visit to Radavinovo Castle, Sozopol or even Burgas!

Also room and tiny garden is perfect place for relax . There are very hospitable hosts where you can have very nice conversations in their tiny garden. When i have time, i want to go there again. The room was nice and spacious, with a lot of room for everything. There were towels, shampoo and soaps available at our disposal, as well as complementary wine and coffee. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The view was also nice and the hotel is on a quiet street which is perfect if you want to sleep good. The hotel is also 2 minutes from the beach. Great value for money. We highly recommend it!

Guest house is almost in the downtown, very close to local markets, supermarkets and central street with restaurants and eating places. Very friendly Host, English and Russian speaking. Great advantage was to have air-condition.
