Great quiet location. Comfortable space, clean facilities and host has gone the extra mile supplying the little things like sunscreen, dishwasher, hair-dryer, etc. Awesome coffee shop a few minutes walk away on Brewer Road. Host Joe found the right blend of allowing privacy while offering attentiveness and easy communication if needed.

Deco Family House was a great choice for a short term stay in Melbourne! It is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and there are two parking spots, if you book in advance! The room was super clean and tidy and we loved the atmosphere at the house. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the possibility to make laundry.

The room was very cozy :) You have everything you need there, like a small kitchen,a Living room for meet New people or just relaxing and you can sit outside in the night and enjoy The time!:) We spend there only one night but mo is an awesome Host. He is very friendly and did everything that we felt comfortable and more like a little home than an normal AirBnb. If you want to stay close to the airport the location is great just 20 min with Bus and only a few minutes with your own car!:) It is very quiet and you can See bats flying around the whole night!:) We highly recommend this place and we will come back every time!:)

The location near to Broadmeadows Station was a bonus. It was easy to reach by taxi from Melbourne Airport. The instructions on how to gain access to the property were easy to follow. The price was great and the room extremely clean. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Melbourne.

Even I stayed just an one night, but I'd love to stay longer: I 've got a good rest. Excellent location, friendly and very helpful owner. Also I was brought to the airport by owner just for $20. Shopping / grocery centre is just on the walking distance. I would recommend to stay in this family hotel!
