This hotel was truly above my expectations. The hotel staff was very, very helpful and pleasant and lovely. We were upgraded to the Aloe Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and exceptionally comfortable in every way. The restaurant was beautiful with great food. The choice of buffet or a la carte was nice, however, if you order from the menu, be prepared for a very, very long wait for your food. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way. A special thanks to Beulah English at reception who helped us with an unfortunate double booking.

I really liked that there was only one bar, one restaurant, one pool area so it was compact. The bar staff were great! Perfect drinks! I chose to stay here so I could do Windhoek parkrun on Saturday at the Golf Club - you should advertise that this takes place!!!

Was delighted at the amount of amenities and how the staff went out of their way to cater for our early tee-times. In my opinion the rate is an absolute steal for what you get. Personally, I was able to golf several days, because the facility is reasonably close to the local golf course which on the grounds of a hotel and casino.
