Great location, with free parking. Very easy comunication with Alessandra with Whattsapp, she send the location to get to the location. Room with a very large and confortable bed. Good area. Bath area was awesome with good pressure and water temperature. It had a shower cabin and a bath tub in the floor! Breakfast was very good with variety: fresh fruit, coffee, cakes made by host, tea, bread, juice, etc. Everything was very clean and silent. I recomend without a question this place. Just a curiosity, Porta Tufi, to access Siena is around 3km away (5min by car). Do not cross ZTL areas with the car or you will be fined. Alessandra send me some suggestions where to eat and the map of Siena. She was very kind.

This is a wonderful property. We loved our stay thanks to the happy, friendly and helpful staff, the scenic views from each room, the tranquiity and privacy, the free bikes and pool and the peaceful and relaxing setting. We are so pleased we chose to stay here. It was fabulous also due to its central location making it easy to visit many different areas. Easy access by car to San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Florence, the entire Chianti region and of course, the beautiful Siena. We love that this is a family owned property with 4 generations all living on site and ready to greet you with a smile although not often seen, so still allowing you plenty of privacy. We highly recommend staying here.

The place is extremely well maintained, surrounded by olive groves, with easy access and covered parking. We had a simply perfect two nights here and cannot recommend it enough. Great location in the suburbs of Siena, amazing farm surroundings with endless green fields and beautiful horses. Sabrina the host gave us exceptional hospitality in her beautiful authentic guest house including everything a family needs to experience a convenient, authentic and amazing experience, including thorough recommendations about places we should visits, things to see, restaurants reservations and treating us with a tasty home made pastry every day. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and give an authentic feeling of the Toscana style. I wish we go back and stay here soon!

Perfect place for exploring Tuscany, less than 15min by car from Siena. We felt in love with the wineyeards around, tucany-like style of the house and jacuzzi, barbeque and fig tree in the garden :) Fabio, the host, was very kind and helpful. Great spot to feel how it is like to live in beatiful Tuscany. Highly recommend to take a walk to the old monastery in the village and find time for the wine-tasting just across the street! We want to come back for sure!
