Easy check in process! Safe parking garage && wonderful room. Really appreciated the robes && the fan! Everything was clean and waiting for me, really enjoyed it! Private - nobody troubled me. Easy check-out process && owner was kind enough to check in with instructions before && for feedback during my stay. Also really close proximity to the airport- only 15min drive!

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, The Avenue House is a recently renovated guest house set in Cape Town, 4.1 km from CTICC. The guest house is very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Just a quick Uber ride away from restaurants. My room was just beautiful! You can tell a lot of effort went into choosing the house decor! The house includes a full shared kitchen! I also appreciated that guests could use the washer and dryer. Moran is just the best, so professional, personable, and communicative! He went above and beyond and gave me a lift to the restaurants since it was on his way home. The location worked very well for me but if you want to tour Cape Town CBD, waterfront, etc, it may be a bit out of the way. I'd stay here again!!
